That’s why we started Vivify. Our easy to use booking system makes it easy for people to find local spaces to get together, whilst also helping to provide much needed funding to schools.

Specialise in transforming businesses through implementing a digital-first approach.
Launched 5 new brands and 10 rebrands - including 11 new websites, 5 bespoke build booking engines, onboarding processes and apps.
Dedicated to improving the customer journey, communicating stories and embracing technology.

ACA qualified chartered accountant with 11 years experience working with private equity backed SMEs, large businesses and start-ups having worked in various industries including fintech, social care and asset hire.
Focused on driving positive change through strong financial management to enable businesses to make key strategic decisions to constantly improve the services provided to their customers.
My primary aim has always been to take a customer first approach and utilise the development of tech solutions to help drive positive customer experience.

Non Exec Chairman
Over 20 years of board level experience, and early career was spent at Guiness, The Coca-Cola Company and PC World Business.
Currently works on a portfolio of Non- Executive roles, including as the Non Exec Chairman of The Protein Works, having spent the previous ten years focussing on the area of Private Equity backed business turnarounds in the Leisure Sector, most notably as the CEO of Leisure Connection (1Life) and the turnaround and subsequent management buyout of Total Fitness Health clubs.

I've worked in the leisure industry for over 10 years across a range of customer-facing roles.
Before joining Vivify, I was busy managing school sites so I have a breadth of knowledge when it comes to hiring out school facilities.
I’m passionate about ensuring our hirers and schools have the best experience and I'm always ready at the end of the phone to help, no matter the question!

I have worked in the sports and leisure industry for most of my career. This experience has given me a wealth of knowledge and understanding in how to provide customers and our partners with the best possible experience.

Head of Operations
Amy has over 18 years experience working within the leisure industry, of which 6 years has been within the leisure division of Europe’s biggest sports retailer at Regional Management leisure.
She thrives on driving the highest Operational standards, alongside delivering exceptional customer service.
Amy has managed community lettings on a local and regional level, leading a team of 7 managers to success both operationally and commercially.

School Partnerships Executive
Over 20 years of experience working in service and sales, including 12 years helping to deliver industry leading retention sales for O2 Telefonica UK.
Prior to Vivify I worked as a Senior Works Coordinator, ensuring effective communication, and coordination between all levels of the business, from customers and all company operations to Government Inspectors and reporting directly to the Managing Director.
I’m passionate about delivering on promises both to customers and the business, I believe this builds trust and respect which is the cornerstone of any relationship.

Working in digital marketing over the years, I have developed a passion for creative writing and design. Throughout my working life I have always been in customer facing roles ensuring their needs are heard and their stories are told.

Has worked all over the UK & Northern Ireland opening new sites, impacting underperforming sites and managing sites.

13 years’ experience working in varied roles from a part time nursery playroom assistant whilst at university studying Business management to most recently as the Manager of NAHT Wellness and Protect, a Schools Staff Absence Insurance policy, in partnership with SAS.
Anita is extremely passionate about making a difference, helping others in any way possible, whether its organising a charity event or attempting to tell a joke to make others smile.
Joining Vivify was perfect match, Anita is invested mostly in the companies social purpose and vision to support local communities, the education sector and wellbeing for individuals whether that be pupils, parents, local groups or that SBM who’s up to their eyes in their everchanging hats.
