Are you an affiliated club or organisation? If you are an affiliated club or organisation and are you booking 10 or more sessions in a sports facility, with no gap of more than 14 days between any of the sessions, then you are unlikely to pay VAT. Affiliated clubs will be recognised by their NGB (National Governing Body). This excludes casual groups or groups using for commercial purposes (e.g., classes for paying public).
